The showroom in Via Spartaco showcases the company’s iconic collections.

This year, for the first time, Very Wood has its own exhibition space in the heart of Milan.

The Very Wood showroom, a 200 sq m area included in the larger Gervasoni space in Via Spartaco, is designed to be a meeting point between industry professionals and the company, providing a fertile ground for discussion.

In this stimulating and original context, Very Wood presents itself through its most iconic collections in an exhibition curated by Ferruccio Laviani, created especially for Milan Design Week and recently rearranged with an extra touch of freshness.

The seating on the Very Wood stages includes the new additions presented during the Salone del Mobile 2022. Christophe Pillet has created a minimal chic seating collection, KHA, in which Vienna straw is reinterpreted with a modern, contemporary twist, while the Boogie series is a nod to the classic director’s chair.

These are joined by Saturday and Sunday, the Weekend Series chairs by designers Neri&Hu. The ash frame unites the two chairs: Saturday features a concave, slanted, shallow-cut backrest and Sunday a wide, wrap-around backrest, both available in bare wood or upholstered versions.

Then there is Zant, Zantilam and the Cigar and Crayon coffee tables by Patricia Urquiola; Egadi, the Rodolfo Dordoni collection inspired by the Sicilian archipelago, enriched with two products; Eclipse by Philippe Nigro, consisting of soft, enveloping seats in three heights; Unam, the iconic series designed by Sebastian Herkner with its distinctive nautical rope woven backrest.

Very Wood has found the ideal exhibition venue in this industrial-style space, displaying its versatile products and illustrating the qualities that have always distinguished the brand: craftsmanship, a passion for wood, refined materials and meticulous attention to detail.
